For the Panning the ISO was 125 and the appeture is F2.8 and the shutter speed is 1/13. Now for the blow out the ISO was 50 and the appeture F8 and the shutter speed is 1/6. You create the blow out effect by changing the ISO and the shutter speed and the appeture. the best way to make a blow out picture in my opinion is turn up shutter speed and lower the ISO, by doing that you allow more time for the light to travel through the picture but at the same time limit it by turning down the ISO. panning is when you are taking a picture of a moving object and it will blur out everything except the subject and it is really difficulf to take a panning picture perfectly. to take a panning picture, you will have to turn the shutter speed to 1/2 a second because it will take sometime for it to follow your moving emphasis and focus on it. my best way to do a panning is when your emphasis moving super slow and all you need to do is have the camera on auto and slowly folow the emphasis with the camera. the panning picture are difficult to take because everything is happening in a split second
